  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, images, and inventory counts. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

  • Purchase Limits: To ensure fair access for all collectors and players, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer per person, per household, or per order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

  • Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • Payment Processing: Payment is collected at the time of purchase, including for pre-order items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms, transit estimates, and delivery policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns & Pre-Orders

  • Returns: Returns and refunds are subject strictly to our Refund and Return Policy. Opened Trading Card Game (TCG) products, individual single cards, and items with broken factory seals are non-refundable.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are billed immediately upon checkout to reserve your allocation. Release dates provided for pre-orders are estimates supplied by distributors/manufacturers and are subject to change.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

     

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.

     

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

     

  • To submit false or misleading information or to upload malicious code/viruses.

  • To use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to manipulate inventory, checkout processes, or circumvent order quantity limits.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

The service and all products delivered to you through the service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall Bussin’ Or Bustin’ Trading Card Lounge, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
