Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bussin’ Or Bustin’ Trading Card Lounge! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Total delivery time is calculated by combining our order processing time and the carrier's transit time:

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days. Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days. Once picked up by the carrier, standard domestic shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your address.

  • Business Days: Processing and shipping operations take place Monday through Friday, excluding standard federal holidays.

3. Pre-Orders & Combined Shipping

If your order includes both currently available items and pre-order products:

  • Single Shipment: By default, we hold the entire order and ship all items together once the pre-order item is officially released and on hand.

  • Separate Shipments: If you need in-stock items delivered sooner, please place two separate orders—one for in-stock items and one for pre-orders.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
