At Bussin’ Or Bustin’ Trading Card Lounge, we strive to keep your shopping experience straightforward, fair, and transparent. Below is everything you need to know regarding product availability, order processing, and allocation limits.

1. Product Availability & Status

Each item on our website displays its current availability status:

  • In Stock: The item is physically available in our inventory. Orders for in-stock items are processed within our standard 1 to 3 business days before being handed to the carrier.

  • Pre-Order: The item is scheduled for a future release date provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Estimated release dates are noted directly on the product page.

  • Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable for purchase. You can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted if a restock occurs.

2. The Ordering Process

  1. Selection: Add your desired TCG products and booster sets to your cart.

  2. Checkout: Enter your U.S. shipping destination and contact details.

  3. Payment: Complete payment using our secure checkout system. Payments are processed immediately upon order placement—including for pre-orders—to reserve your allocation.

  4. Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order details and receipt.

3. Orders with Mixed Availability

If your cart contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-order products:

  • Combined Shipment: By default, your entire order will be held and shipped together in one package once the pre-order item is officially released and in stock.

  • Separate Shipments: If you prefer to receive in-stock products without waiting for the pre-order release, please place two separate orders.

4. Quantity Capping & Fair Allocation

To give all collectors and players an equal opportunity to purchase high-demand or limited-run TCG releases, we reserve the right to enforce quantity limits per household or customer. Orders suspected of using automated checkout software or duplicate accounts to bypass these caps may be canceled without notice.
